Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, conveys condolences to Hanna Herman, People´s Deputy of Ukraine, due to the tragic death of her son in the road accident.
Speaking with the journalists on Monday, V.Lytvyn stated that he was overwhelmed by this sad news. According to the leader of the parliament, he tried to make a phone call to convey the condolences and render assistance, but "all the phones were naturally certainly".
"No words, no condolences can silent the parental pain, especially when the child only starts its own life", - stated V.Lytvyn.
